Contacted this dealership to work out a trade-in for a Toyota truck they had on-lot. Unfortunately, the numbers didn't work out but the team was helpful and responsive. Nuno the parts manager was the most offensive person we've ever come across in dealing with various dealerships across the country.
We were requesting the vin and options summaries to get a replacement door VIN sticker thru a 3rd party as required by our state dmv to register the vehicle.
Nuno said he would require proof of ownership to provide that information. We EXPLAINED that the state required the sticker BEFORE they would inspect the vehicle to register it.

This is the place to go! Fantastic service department. They solved an issue that was almost a year old and a prior Jeep dealer couldnt fix wouldnt fix and was lazy and started to destroy my vehicle instead of fix it. Nuno and Justin were great to work with and helped me a ton along the way. I think it took 3 or 4 appointments and multiple days of them having my GC but they FIXED IT perfectly and the price was amazing. This is my go to now for my GC.
We've been long time service customers of Westboro Jeep. Justin Drake, service manager has always taken the initiative to go above and beyond when needed. Westboro Jeep and Justin did such a great job with our Wrangler (no issues, ran great) with 150k miles on it, we thought we'd trade it towards another jeep.

I own a 2021 Ram Promaster 3500 van which has been converted to a Class B RV by Panoramic. Sales people are wonderful! The service department is AWFUL! I’ve never been treated worse. The woman working the desk is rude, and will argue tooth and nail about anything! I had made a documented deal for a vehicle. My credit was pulled to finance. When I complained that the interest rate was too high a sexist discriminatory sales manager called me and said they made a mistake in my trade in value. He mocked me and laughed at me when I requested my credit check be pulled. He then hung up on me. This dealership treated me horribly! Run away!
